Here’s what really sold me on this place though – the location puts you within walking distance of some incredible spots that most visitors completely miss. You’ve got the Municipal Gallery of Athens just a few blocks away, and if you head toward Omonia Square (about a 10-minute walk), you’ll find some of the best souvlaki joints in the city. Plus, you’re close enough to Psyrri that you can easily bar-hop in the evening, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with crowds of drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. The metro connection is solid too – Metaxourgeio station is right there, so getting to the Acropolis or Plaka takes no time at all. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because I realized I was discovering new corners of the neighborhood every time I stepped outside. It’s one of those places where you feel like you’re experiencing Athens the way locals do, not just hitting the tourist highlights.

  This was a great little place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. Shower was amazing. Close to everything we needed, we walked everywhere from there.

  Equipped studio apartment, comfortable double room, large balcony. Excellent value for the price. The only problem is the location, not far from Omonia square but no problem, order an uber and go anywhere at a cost of 5-8 euros. The room is very clean and the communication with the owner Efi is direct and convenient. We were very comfortable during the four nights in Athens [3+1] and there is no doubt that we will return there next time
