I stumbled onto this place completely by accident while looking for coffee on my second morning, and it ended up being one of those random discoveries that made the whole trip feel authentic.

The apartment itself is honestly pretty spacious for European standards – I mean, three actual bedrooms where you can fit real furniture, not those shoe-box spaces you sometimes get. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped too, which came in handy because I got into this habit of buying fresh ingredients from the small market nearby and cooking dinner while watching the sunset light hit the ancient ruins in the distance. The building has that classic Athens vibe – sort of weathered on the outside but surprisingly comfortable inside. One thing I should mention is that the neighborhood can get a little lively in the evenings (there’s a taverna down the street that Greeks seem to love), but honestly, I found the sounds kind of charming after the first night. It felt real, you know?

What really sets this place apart is the location without the location premium, if that makes sense. You’re close enough to walk to all the major sites – took me about fifteen minutes to get to the Acropolis entrance, maybe twenty to Plaka if you don’t mind a pleasant stroll through some winding streets. But you’re also in a spot where you can grab groceries, find a decent coffee shop that’s not charging tourist prices, and actually see how people live here. The owner was pretty responsive when I had questions, and check-in was straightforward – none of that “meet me at a random corner with a red umbrella” nonsense I’ve dealt with before. For a 4-star place with solid ratings (the 8.3 seems about right to me), it delivers exactly what you’d hope for: comfort, space, and that sweet spot between convenient and authentic that’s honestly pretty hard to find in Athens these days.

  The location is perfect, really close to main tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The Apartament itself is cozy and spacious for groups.
  
  What could be improved: The communication with the host was not fast. There was some problem with the key and it took lots of time to get the answer from him, we were freezing in the street for three hours. But at the end the host came and gave some sweets as an apology.

  A comfortable well equipped apartment located on a pedestrian street in a safe, bustling area right above trendy restaurants. It easily accommodates 6-7 guests, families, couples or friends. Everything is close by -metro, attractions supermarkets. Communication with the host is very easy, he is friendly and helpful. Easy check-in checkout. I highly recommend the apartment
  
  What could be improved: If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this might not be for you, as there is a bit of noise from the restaurants, but nothing too serious. Parking might also be a bit tricky. However you won't need a car to get around Athens, as the apartment is very close to the metro ang you can also walk to many of the city attractions.

  A very friendly and accomodating host. The apartment, well equipped and clean, is in a very good location with many nice eateries and convenience stores nearby. It is also within walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka shopping area.
  
  What could be improved: As the apartment is just above some awesome eateries, it does gets a bit of noise because of the crowd but once the restaurants closes, it is fine. On the flip side, I won't mind the slight noise in exchange for good local food at a much cheaper price than at the tourist area at Plaka and Monastiraki Square.
