You’re close enough to walk to the Acropolis without breaking a sweat, but you’re also in a real residential area where you’ll see kids heading to school and grandmothers hanging laundry from balconies. The building itself has this solid, lived-in feel – not brand new and sterile, but well-maintained in that European way where everything just works properly. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (they actually met me at the apartment instead of making me hunt down some random office), and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls, which honestly saved my work week. The only minor thing is parking – if you’re driving, you’ll need to get creative with street spots or use one of the nearby lots, but that’s pretty much Athens for you. With a 9.0 rating, this place has clearly figured out what actually matters to travelers, and after staying here, I totally get why people keep coming back.

  L’appartamento di sicuro è stato ammodernato da poco, disponeva di tutto ciò di cui si potesse avere bisogno, dalle stoviglie al phon finanche cottonfioc e ovatta! Fuori al balcone c’erano 2 tavolini con 4 sedie nuovi e puliti, uno stendino da termosifone (io ho comprato le mollette che ho lasciato lì)!
  Abbiamo trovato acqua in frigo e vino di benvenuto!
  La posizione è ottima a 10 min a piedi dall’ acropoli e a 100 mi dalla fermata dei tram che portano a piazza Syntagma che è il centro nevralgico di Atene e punto di arrivo e partenza da e per l Aereoporto!
  Abbiamo trovato asciugamani e teli doccia in abbondanza, una delle notti mia figlia ha fatto la pipì a letto e un ora dopo aver messaggiato al proprietario ci hanno mandato un’ addetta a cambiarci le lenzuola!
  Zona molto movimentata anche la sera con ottimi ristoranti tipici, localini e gelaterie!

  L'appartamento era completamente allineato alle nostre esigenze in termini di pulizia, comodità e posizione. Non abbiamo riscontrato difetti…solo un secondo bagno lo avrebbe reso assolutamente perfetto!
