The metro station is close enough that getting to other parts of Athens is simple, but far enough that you don’t hear the trains. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving – I mean, it’s Athens, so that’s expected – but there’s a decent underground garage about a block away that won’t completely destroy your budget. The whole experience just felt… well, authentic in a way that a lot of Athens accommodations don’t manage to pull off.
