The view situation is honestly spectacular, though I should mention it’s one of those places where you’ll find yourself just standing at the window with your coffee way longer than you planned. The whole setup feels like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment rather than some sterile hotel room, which is exactly what I was hoping for. There’s natural light streaming in during the day, and the furnishings have that lived-in comfort without being worn down – if that makes sense.

What really sold me on this place, though, was all the little details that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The Wi-Fi is legitimately fast (I work remotely sometimes, so this matters), the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it for your entire stay. The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no waiting around in lobbies or dealing with complicated key card systems that never seem to work on the first try. I’ll be honest, the location puts you right in the mix of things without being so central that you’re dealing with crowds and noise at all hours, which is sort of the sweet spot for me. You can walk to the main attractions without feeling like you’re staying in the middle of a tourist hurricane, and there are enough local spots nearby that you get a real feel for the area. The building itself has character but isn’t so old that you’re dealing with quirky plumbing or temperamental heating. Actually, the whole place just works the way it should, which sounds simple but is surprisingly rare these days.

  The location is Great. The host is great, very helpful and accessible. The instructions given were accurate and the responses to our queries were immediate. All the equipment we needed were available at the facility. We didn’t need to have anything with us regarding our stay of the facility. They kept our luggage till the flight time. They made every thing needed to satisfy us.
  Although we didn’t use kitchen because we didn’t cook but it looks like all the crockery is there for those who like it want to cook including new oven and refrigerator.
  
  What could be improved: We didn’t mind but for those who would like to wash their clothes there is no laundry machine in the facility. The facility looks little bit old but it is well maintained and has everything we needed for an escellant stay

  Incredibile posizione: fra Adriano's Gate e Plaka, 5 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso est dell'acropoli, 8 dalla metro di syntagma per l'aereoporto.
  Permette di raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse con brevi passeggiate.
  Alloggio spazioso, 3 camere di cui 2 ampie e con molta luce.
  L'host è stato molto disponibile in spiegazioni e consigli.

  Φοβερή τοποθεσία, στην καρδιά του κέντρου.
  Πρόσβαση στα κύρια αξιοθέατα του κέντρου περπατώντας. Δίπλα στην Ακρόπολη και στο μετρό.
  Άνετο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό με μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Ιδανικό για πολυμελή οικογένεια.
  Φιλικότατοι οι οικοδεσπότες, μας πρότειναν επιλογές σε ό,τι ρωτήσαμε.
  Ευχαριστούμε, θα ξανάρθουμε!!!

  Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία….
  Μπήκαμε με κωδικό όπως συνεννοηθήκαμε
  Δίπλα από Μουσείο Ακρόπολης Σύνταγμα Ζάππειο Εθνικό κήπο.
  Δίπλα σε μετρό…
  Μεγάλοι χώροι άνετοι.
  Πίνεις καφέ το πρωί και βλέπεις από το μπαλκόνι την Πύλη του Αδριανού και τις στήλες του Ολυμπίου Διός…
  Ότι χρειάζεσαι για άνετη διαμονή το κατάλυμα το είχε.
  Είμαστε δυο οικογένειες και ο χώρος ήταν πολύ άνετος….
  Γενικά VALUE FOR MONEY
  Άνετο για μεγάλη παρέα…..
