The service here operates more like a boutique hotel than typical serviced apartments, which honestly surprised me given that 9.4 rating seemed almost too good to be true. The staff knows your name after a day or two, and they’re genuinely helpful without hovering – there’s this perfect balance where you feel looked after but not watched. Housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’re flexible about timing, which matters when you’re actually living somewhere temporarily rather than just passing through. The building itself runs quietly too – I barely heard neighbors, even during what seemed like busy periods. Parking was straightforward (always a relief), and the whole check-in process felt more like being welcomed into a well-run residence than processing through a hotel system.

What makes this place work, I think, is that it understands the difference between luxury and convenience. Sure, it’s got the high-end finishes and quality furnishings you’d expect from a 4-star property, but more importantly, it’s designed by people who seem to have actually lived in apartments themselves. Little things like proper lighting for reading, enough outlets, decent water pressure, and climate control that responds quickly – stuff that sounds boring but makes the difference between a good stay and constantly feeling slightly annoyed by small inconveniences.

  This is my second stay at Asty, and as previously, it was delightful. Firstly, the location is excellent and you can walk to stores, cafes, and transport. Second, the property is a mix of old world with modern amenities. It’s a quiet and pleasant property and super relaxing. Everything is super clean and the owner and staff are very kind and want to make sure your stay is pleasant. Communication was excellent and I definitely will be coming back.

  The stay in this apartment was amazing. The host was very supportive and communicative.
  In the flat, we found everything you might need, from a wardrobe to an iron, coffee, milk, a toothbrush, etc.
  The area is great—very popular for shopping and restaurants. The Acropolis is only a 20-minute walk away.
  The host was so kind that they even booked a restaurant for us, as the staff there did not speak English and could not take our reservation directly.

  Nice Apartment , extremely big for Europe ! The owner was very accommodating and pleasant . We had a later flight and the owner allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby . I would highly recommend .

  Lovely spacious one bedroom flat with kitchenette which was very useful. There are washing facilities on the top floor if required, but we didn't use these. We walked to all the toursit sites from the flat.
