The concierge team knows their stuff – not just the obvious tourist spots, but they pointed me toward this fantastic little taverna about ten minutes away that I never would have found otherwise. Check-in was smooth, they actually remembered my name throughout the stay, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, someone was up to fix it within twenty minutes. You know what? With a 9.2 rating, I expected it to be good, but sometimes highly-rated places can feel like they’re resting on their laurels.   The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and newly renovated. The staff in incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is amazing and beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful with great service. I loved staying at the Athens Capital Suites.
  
  What could be improved: I have nothing important to say. there may be small preferences at individual level such as brighter lighting in the rooms.

  I loved this hotel. I Loved the stuff the architecture and the decoration. The rooms are very convenient and quiet. Everybody was so polite and helpful. The hotel just opened and it is located in the city center next to the Parliament and the Syntagma square.
