The way the light hits the common areas in the late afternoon – it’s got this golden hour thing going on that makes even your worst vacation photos look decent.

The location is where this place really shines, though. You’re a quick tram ride from the center, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the chaos of Syntagma Square every time you want to grab coffee. Faliro Bay is right there – actually right there, not “five minutes away” like hotels love to claim – and the waterfront promenade is perfect for those early morning runs or evening walks when you need to decompress from sightseeing. I spent more time than I expected just sitting by the marina watching the boats, which wasn’t even on my Athens itinerary but ended up being one of my favorite memories. The staff seems to genuinely know the area too – they pointed me toward this little taverna down by the water that definitely wasn’t in my guidebook but served the best grilled octopus I had the entire trip. With a 9.8 rating, you might expect it to be stuffy or overpriced, but it actually feels refreshingly unpretentious for a 4-star place.

  Locație frumoasă, confortabilă, dotată cu toate utilitățile, aproape de mare și de restaurante, cofetării și diverse magazine.
  Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare și amabile, atât Dimitris cat și Paraskeva, doamna care ne-a întâmpinat la sosire și care a fost foarte drăguță să ne ajute inclusiv cu bagajele și locul de parcare.
  Un loc pe care îl recomand oricui dorește o vacanță minunată într-o locație amenajată cu bun gust și în care confortul este aproape ca acasă.
