What I really appreciated was being able to walk to Plaka for dinner without dealing with tourist trap central, then slip back to this quieter street when you need a break. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals still hang out at the corner kafeneio, but you’re not sacrificing convenience. The area truly captures the essence of Athens with its vibrant street life and historic charm.

Each apartment feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchenette is properly equipped — I actually cooked breakfast a couple times using ingredients from the nearby Varvakios market. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with high ceilings that keep things cool even in summer heat. You know what really impressed me?   We booked both appartments with total of 6 persons. The top (smallest) appartment (One bedroom and sofa-bed) had a big balcony where we all had our breakfast in the sun, very nice. It was great that we could access the doors with a code, so we did not have take the keys with us. The beds were very good to sleep on. All rooms have electrical blinds, so all rooms can be darkened completely, great ! The bathroom and shower in the bottom appartment was big, but in the top appartment is the shower was quite small, but for us that was not problem. The rooms can be reached by decent wide stairs, note that if you cannot climb stairs you are in trouble, but that will be also a problem for the whole of Athenes city. It was also situated close to the center of Athens, so it was the perfect place to stay for us.

  Everything about our stay in Athens was wonderful. The apartment was neatly kept and met all of our needs, and the location was perfect walking distance to all the sites. All of the assistance with coordinating transport was also so appreciated. We felt so welcomed and taken care of!

  We loved the place and location!!! The only drawback was no elevator! Carrying all our luggage up all those stairs is not for the weak and was definitely a challenge! Other than no elevator, it was great

  The property was specious & very clean & a great location, just a 5 minute walk to ‘high street’ shops. A 30 minute walk to the Acropolis & Parthenon & the district of Plaka.
