The kitchenette was properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, but actual cooking space with decent pots and pans. I actually made breakfast a few mornings instead of hunting for cafes, which saved both time and money.

The staff here genuinely knows their stuff about the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the Acropolis early to beat the crowds, the front desk guy – I think his name was Dimitris – didn’t just point me toward the metro. He told me about this little path that locals use, mentioned which cafes open earliest for proper Greek coffee, and even warned me about the specific tour groups that swamp the area around 10 AM. That’s the kind of local knowledge you can’t Google. The apartments themselves feel more like temporary homes than hotel rooms – there’s actual closet space (with real hangers!), a proper dining table where you can spread out your maps and guidebooks, and windows that open wide enough to let in that Mediterranean breeze in the evenings. I stayed for six nights and never felt cramped or like I was living out of a suitcase. The housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive – they’d quietly refresh towels and empty trash while I was out exploring, but didn’t rearrange all my stuff like some places do. Honestly, with that 9.3 rating, I was skeptical it could live up to the hype, but after staying there, I get it. It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it’s thoughtfully designed for people who want to experience Athens like they live there, even if it’s just for a week.

  Albert was incredibly helpful. He had great recommendations and gave us loads of great advice. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with lovely historical features. It is situated close to many restaurants and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis and museum. The sheets were a lovely quality, and the facilities were awesome. It's a stunning apartment. We loved our stay.

  Beautiful room in a historical building, in a very nice part of the city. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice view, great shower! The crew member with wom we met (Albert) was very kind and helpful.

  This was a fantastic little apartment. The host meet us onsite with the keys and was very flexible with a change of arrival time, as well as giving us a small induction to the area which was fantastic. The apartment was huge and had plenty of space, it was beautifully clean and was well fitted out with a mini kitchen if you did end up staying a few days. It was minutes walk from great restaurants and right at the centre of some of the beautiful sites of Athens. Great stay would highly recommend.

  The place was so spacious, really nice and clean. Had delivery options if you get hungry if you dont want to leave. Restaurants and shops are really close by. The location is beautiful and felt safe to walk around on my own. Overall I had an amazing experience

  Albert is a fantastic concierge employed by the facility. He is kind, knowledgable and efficient. The apartments were well set up for travellers and within easy walking distance to the Acropolis and eateries. I felt safe in the area.

  Perfect accommodation for exploring Athens in our favorite neighborhood Koukaki. Very close to the acropolis and acropolis museum on a beautiful quiet street. Plaka neighborhood is also walking distance and close to some of the best restaurants in Athens. The apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable with an amazing balcony. The staff were so lovely, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed chatting with the staff and hope to be back soon.

  Located on a beautiful leafy residential street, ideally close to the Acropolis and other key places to visit and super neighbourhood restaurants and bars.
  Staff are warm and very hospitable, giving excellent tips of where’s good to have a drink and eat.
  We found the bed and bedding very comfortable, and the size of our bedroom was great; nice and spacious with high ceiling.
  There was a water filter at the property which was a really useful thing to have access too.
