The separation between the sleeping area and living space makes such a difference when you’re traveling for more than a couple days – I could spread out my laptop and work stuff without feeling like I was living in a bedroom. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; it’s got a proper-sized fridge and everything you’d actually need if you want to grab groceries and save some money on meals. Speaking of which, there’s a great little market just a short walk away where locals actually shop, not one of those tourist traps.

What really impressed me was how quiet everything stayed, even when the hotel seemed pretty full. You can tell they didn’t cut corners on soundproofing between rooms – I barely heard my neighbors the entire stay. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too; my room was spotless every day, and they had this nice touch of actually folding the throw blanket properly instead of just tossing it back on the couch. Little things like that matter when you’re trying to relax. The Wi-Fi was fast enough that I could actually get work done without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, which honestly puts it ahead of half the places I’ve stayed. Parking was straightforward too – none of that valet-only nonsense that nickel-and-dimes you to death. You’ve got your own spot and you’re good to go. I’d definitely come back here, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty picky about hotels after staying in so many mediocre ones over the years.
