Boss Boutique Athens by Prima Hotels Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Boss Boutique Athens by Prima Hotels, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. I mean, “Boss Boutique” sounds like it could go either way, you know? But this place actually surprised me in the best possible way. It’s got that sleek, modern vibe that feels distinctly Greek without trying too hard – think clean lines mixed with just enough marble and warm wood to remind you where you are.
What really struck me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes like some places), and honestly, they knew their stuff about the neighborhood. The guy at reception actually drew me a little map showing which streets to take to avoid the tourist crowds when walking to the Acropolis – that’s the kind of insider knowledge you can’t Google. The rooms themselves are what I’d call “smart modern” – everything works like it should, the AC doesn’t sound like a freight train, and there’s actually enough outlets near the bed for your phone and whatever else you’re charging these days. The bathroom’s got this rainfall shower that, okay, might seem like a small thing, but after walking around Athens all day in the heat, it’s exactly what you want.
I stayed there during shoulder season in late April, and the place had this nice energy – busy enough that you felt like you were somewhere happening, but not so packed that you couldn’t get the elevator or find a quiet spot in the lobby to plan your next day. The 8.1 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Athens, but it absolutely nails what it sets out to do. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to most of what you came to see, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you’re not dealing with crowds right outside your window at all hours. What sealed it for me was this: on my last morning, I asked about extending checkout by an hour because my flight wasn’t until evening, and they just said “of course” without any fuss or extra charges. Sometimes it’s those small gestures that tell you a place gets it – they understand that travel can be unpredictable and a little flexibility goes a long way. If you’re looking for somewhere in Athens that feels both contemporary and authentically Greek, where the staff actually knows the city and the rooms deliver on comfort without any pretense, this is your spot.
Exploring Athens offers visitors an unforgettable journey through the birthplace of democracy, from its iconic Parthenon to its vibrant neighborhoods and world-renowned archaeological treasures.

The location is really good and not far from the metro station
What could be improved: The breakfast is the same every dayNam from Spain – 2 January 2025 (9/10)
I read many comments about the hotel before travelling, the location is not a positive point, however, I satisfied with all things we spent time on: big room, clean, great service, near the city center.
I rate 9 points for our trip. Many thanks!
What could be improved: The breakfast should change a little bit (every two days for example). We stayed 4 days and we had to repeat the same breakfast every day.M_arv from Romania – 2 December 2024 (8/10)

Fantastic hotel, super modern and clean.
What could be improved: The location is not ideal but easy travel or 10 mins walk to National Archeological Museum.Sabina from Israel – 28 September 2024 (9/10)
Spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. The most attentive and responsive at the reception was Deo.
What could be improved: For 3 days we asked to connect the TV. Every day we reminded several times. They promised but no one solved the problem. Every day we had to tell about the problem again. Only on the third day when Deo was on shift he came and connected in 5 minutes. Thanks Deo.Hardarshan from Canada – 25 September 2024 (8/10)
