Speaking of which, you’re really well positioned here for exploring authentic Athens, not just the tourist traps around the Acropolis. I found myself walking to this great little souvlaki place just a few blocks away that locals actually frequent – the kind of spot you’d never find if you were stuck in some hotel in the touristy center.

The neighborhood has this nice residential feel without being dead quiet or boring. You’ll hear some typical city sounds, but nothing that kept me up at night (and I’m someone who usually needs earplugs in hotels). What I really appreciated was how the host handled everything – check-in was smooth, they actually responded to questions quickly, and there were these little touches like decent coffee in the kitchen and proper shower pressure that you don’t always get in vacation rentals. The whole place just feels like someone actually cares about their guests’ experience rather than just trying to maximize bookings. With a 9.2 rating, I mean, clearly other people have had similar experiences. It’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in for a few days and feel like you’re living in Athens rather than just passing through – which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to get a real feel for the city.

  Everything was wonderful. The apartment is located near almost all the places that can be seen on foot.

  We content with everything. Specfically, amenities are fascinating including towles, kitchen, and air conditionar.
  
  What could be improved: When I searched the address specified by the Booking.com, the google map suggests a wrong location, a few minutes walk away from the true location. I am not sure if this is due to the issue of the google map.

  The apartment was nicely furnished, the accommodation was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. Excellent quality for a low price. A big advantage is that the accommodation is just 10 minutes from the metro and there are great restaurants and cafes in the nearby square

  As the name says, it is indeed bright and spacious. Moreover we found it to be perfectly clean, comfortable
  and very tastefully furnished. The apartment provides everything you need for a longer stay in Athens with friends or family. It is situated in a relatively quiet pederstrian zone and the next metro station is only two stops from Monastikeri (ancient town centre close to the Acropolis)
  
  What could be improved: It didn't bother us, but it is not exactly located in an uptown district. We liked the authenticity there but some people may feel uneasy going outside at night.

  Alex was a great host and we really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything was just as it was described.
  
  What could be improved: Location didn’t have nearby some restaurants or cafes as we wanted to go out for a drink or some light meal in the evening and not to walk long.

  Exceptionally clean, well maintained and beautiful apartment. Everything we needed we were able to find in the apartment. In fact, condiments provided exceeded our expectations as there was a container with Fleur de Sel and real extra virgin olive oil.
  The apartment looks like it has been recently renovated. I was pleasantly surprised to find beautiful terrazzo floors which with high ceiling and real wood parquet give a sense of luxury..
  The owner carefully selected cute glass art deco lighting which adds to the charm of this place.
  
  What could be improved: The area is not the best in terms that there are immigrants, but that is the case in some other parts of Athens too. Despite that, we did not have any issues to walk at night and I always felt safe.

  The apartment is great, just as in the property photos, and properly compartmentalized for a larger number of people (we were 4). The host is very reliable and responsive to the guests' needs (we requested some blankets as it was a little bit cold during the night and received them promptly).
  We walked a lot in the surrounding areas, but M1 and M2 stations are very close if trying to reach further destinations.
  
  What could be improved: We liked everything but a coffee machine would definitely be a plus.

  Easy checkin. Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro station, bright modern bedrooms and kitchen, 2 wide balconies (must have to feel the Athens vibe. Everything you need you find in this apartment. Very friendly host, he is always find a solution and answer on all questions. Thank you!
