The hotel’s location means you’ll probably walk past the same bakery every morning (get the spinach pie, trust me), and there’s something nice about feeling like you have a routine even when you’re traveling. With a 7.5 rating, Central Pagrati Luxury isn’t perfect – maybe the breakfast could be more substantial, and the elevator is a bit slow – but it hits that sweet spot of being comfortable without breaking the bank, and placing you somewhere that feels real rather than manufactured for visitors.
