The metro station is about a 10-minute walk if you want to venture further out, but honestly, most of what you’ll want to see is right here.

The Space

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The layout is smart — they’ve managed to create distinct areas without making it feel cramped. The kitchen is actually functional (not just for show like some places), which is great if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local market and cook something simple. The decor strikes that perfect balance between modern comfort and Greek character — think clean lines with touches of local art and textiles that don’t feel forced.

Daily Life Here

What I really appreciated was how the place lets you settle into a rhythm. Mornings, you can make coffee and plan your day without rushing to a hotel breakfast schedule. The Wi-Fi is solid if you need to catch up on work, and there’s enough space to spread out your things without living out of a suitcase. The building is quiet — important when you’re trying to recover from all that walking around ancient ruins. Parking can be tricky in this area (like most of central Athens), but if you’re smart about it, you probably won’t need a car anyway.

  Great position, the apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis, self check-in is very useful, host was kind and the instructions given were very clear. Nice balcony. Useful home appliances such as a wachine machine and a coffee machine. The view on the rooftop was amazing. I highly recommend!

  Anna was wonderful and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, a washing machine and a lovely balcony. The apartment is a short walk to the acropolis area and a bunch of restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the more local areas. One of our highlights was eating at Olympian restaurant which Anna suggested and was our best meal in Athens! The roof top is also a wonderful edition to see views over the neighbourhood and the acropolis.

  Lovely apartment very close to the Acropolis and other sites. Great space, very clean, and had everything you would need for a stay. Plug sockets by the bed. Washing machine if required, we didn't use it, but it is a good addition to have in case you need it or for longer stays. Great kitchen space with everything you would need. Pull out beds in the living room area, which would be great for families with children. Lovely little balcony and spacious apartment. Very central for tourist sites, food and drinks etc. Local convenience stores nearby for any produce and drinks, etc. About 15 minutes walk to Monastiraki square. Metro to and from the airport only 15 mins away. Very good value for money and I would recommend for stays in a Athens. Local tram is about 8 minutes walk and you can get to the beach, we went to Edem for around €2.40 both ways. Great base for Island hopping or a day trip. Close to the hop on off buses.
  The roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase on the third floor, i would highly recommend going up as the view is spectacular and a very pleasant surprise for the overall cost of the apartment.
  All in all, it's a really great place to stay.

  Great apartment with everything you would need and I mean everything. Nice bathroom with a fabulous shower. Kitchen with oven and electric hob, massive fridge freezer and all the pots and pans required.
  Extremely comfortable bed. Good balcony with table and 4 chairs and an airer for any washing. Washing machine in the bathroom, with detergents.
  The views from the roof terrace are to die for, looking over to the Acropolis.

  Nagyon jó környéken volt a szállás. Az Akropolisz és az Akropolisz múzeum is nagyon közel volt. Csendes biztonságos környék jó közlekedéssel.

  Inchecken verliep soepel. 2 sets sleutels erg handig. Goede locatie dichtbij populaire attractie, maar net wat meer buiten het toeristische gedeelte waardoor je je meer onder de locals mengt. Goede WiFi, comfortabel bed, airconditioning aanwezig in slaapkamer en woonkamer. Keuken goed uitgerust. Klein balkonnetje aanwezig. Wasmachine ook heel fijn.
