The location puts you in that sweet spot along the Athens Riviera where you can actually breathe a bit. It’s not right in the thick of the tourist chaos, but you’re not stranded either. The beach access is straightforward – no hiking required – and the water’s that perfect Aegean blue that looks almost fake in photos but hits different in person. I found myself walking down there in the evenings just because, well, why wouldn’t you? The staff genuinely seems to know the area; when I asked about getting to some of the less obvious archaeological sites, they didn’t just hand me a generic map but actually gave me timing tips and warned me about the midday crowds. Check-in was smooth – none of that “your room isn’t ready” dance even though I arrived mid-afternoon. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too, which anyone who’s driven in Athens will tell you is not something to take for granted. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, the soundproofing between suites could be a touch better – though honestly, it wasn’t bad enough to lose sleep over (literally). The whole place just has this relaxed confidence about it, like they know they’re doing things right without needing to shout about it.

  We stayed at the Apartments during the last week of September.
  Danielle and her team were amazing. Extremely helpful. Very personable.
  We were a group of ladies and booked two flats, the Penthouse & 1 bedroom. Felt completely safe. The views from the Penthouse were stunning with a 360 degree view. They were spacious, comfortable & spotless.
  The rooftop pool. Especially as it was really hot when we were there.
  Transport into the centre of Athens was really good.
  Good security as a code was required to enter the building.
  Several eateries close by. Plus a Lidl 5-10 mins walk away.
  The harbour was also walking distance away. We went down one evening.

  Roof top pool was lovely even if the water was a bit cold it was still lovely to relax up there. Apartment was big and well equipped. Bed comfy and good shower. Coffee machine. Plenty towels and shampoo etc. staff were lovely. Soundproofed.

  The location is perfect for people who already been to Athens. The reason for that is the fact that it’s not in a prime location, it’s very quiet so who ever is searching for peace is the perfect place to be.
  In addition, the apartment is SUPER close to a train station. Line 7 will take you wherever you want to go. And, it’s very easy to catch a taxi when needed.
  And the apartment is HUGE!! Loved it
