It’s not some afterthought tucked into a corner – it’s genuinely a centerpiece that dominates the bathroom in the best possible way.

What really struck me was how quiet everything was, even though you’re not exactly in the middle of nowhere. I mean, hotel walls can be paper-thin sometimes, but here I barely heard anything from neighboring rooms. The hydromassage jets are surprisingly powerful too – I’ve stayed at places where the “luxury” jacuzzi barely bubbles, but this one actually works like it’s supposed to. The water pressure throughout the suite is solid, which might sound like a small detail, but anyone who’s traveled enough knows how frustrating weak showers can be. Check-in was smooth, nothing fancy but efficient, and the staff seemed to actually know what they were talking about when I asked about local dining options.

The thing that keeps sticking with me about this place is how it feels more like a proper apartment than a hotel room – there’s actual space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The rating of 9.4 initially seemed almost too good to be true, but after spending time there, it makes sense. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but everything just works well together. The attention to details like decent lighting (seriously, why do so many hotels have terrible lighting?) and comfortable seating areas shows someone actually thought about how people use these spaces. If you’re looking for something that delivers on comfort without all the pretentious extras you don’t need, this suite hits that sweet spot. Plus, having that jacuzzi available after long days of exploring is honestly worth the booking alone – it’s one of those amenities that sounds indulgent but becomes practically essential once you’ve experienced it.

  The apartment is amazingly decorated, manage to put a lot of things like jacuzzi, kitchen in a small place but not making it feel that is overloaded. The location was perfect as the metro is exactly opposite the apartment as well as the buses. There is no noises at night as the place even if it is very close to the main road is kind of private. The host was willing to come and show us the apartment around and always being in touch when we need him.

  What could be improved: Only slight issue being it was a little difficult to find despite the instructions and the hot water could have done with some instructions. Even though our host showed us the hot water we had forgotten what we had to do when we needed to.

  The entire property was precisely done with so much attention to details. The location is right on spot at the center of athens with the famed plaka district and the acropolos areas all walking distance (and i am someone who is lazy in walking). Most of all the host vasilis was extra hospitable to all of our needs and requests. Highly recommended

  Perfect location for airport and metro. Also, you can walk to Acropolis and Plaka any time. The host was one of the most friendly and kind host I have ever met. Inside is also great. There is perfectly set bed and sofa which made me feel like I were in my home. This apartment is much better than hotel you would get it on same price.

  The place was exactly how the pictures are,and everything was so clean and neat. The place is located in the city centre and very convenient for shopping and also the host gave us recommendations of all restaurants and everything was amazing.

  The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need just around the corner: cafes, restaurants, metros, and buses. The apartment itself is stunning and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the owner is extremely flexible, helpful, and cares about the well-being of his guests.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was the view from the windows, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation itself.
