Location-wise, you’re right in the thick of things but on quieter side streets, which honestly makes all the difference. Kolonaki Square is maybe a three-minute stroll, and if you know anything about Athens, you know that puts you walking distance from both the National Garden and some of the city’s best shopping along Voukourestiou Street. The Evangelismos metro station is close enough to be convenient but far enough that you’re not dealing with street noise. I actually found myself just wandering the neighborhood in the evenings – there’s something about those tree-lined streets with their mix of neoclassical buildings and designer boutiques that feels distinctly Athenian but also international, if that makes sense. The staff seems to get that most people staying here aren’t your typical tourists either; they’re helpful without being overly attentive, and they know the area well enough to point you toward that little wine bar tucked away on Tsakalof Street or the best place to grab coffee before the crowds hit the Acropolis. With an 8.6 rating, it’s clearly doing something right – and after staying there, I’d say it’s that rare combination of genuine luxury and authentic local character that’s harder to find than you’d think in a city like Athens.

  We had a great experience at Elia kolonaki luxury apartments. Our apartment was nice and clean, with everything we needed for our stay in Athens, also having a balcony was a big plus! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is beautiful and not so crowded with tourists, it’s not far from the center and also 10 minutes walk from the lively neighborhood of Exharcheia. We would recommend it to everyone visiting Athens.

  The location of the apartments was in the beautiful neighborhood of Kolonaki.
  The neighborhood has many bars and coffee shops and also a small supermarket. We loved it, although it is quite high and sometimes it was a bit tiring to go up these hills by foot,
  However there is always the possibility of taking a Huber at only 5 Euro.
  The apartments were very convenient and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was always available to answer any queries we had.
  It was a great stay and I would recommend this apartment.

  The property was in Kolonaki area, 5-10 minutes walk distance from city centre and just 1 minute walk from Kolonaki square. Very clean and a very comfortable room with nice veranda. We really liked the property and for sure we will be again there very soon. Thank you!
