The design inside feels deliberately curated – not that sterile Airbnb aesthetic you see everywhere, but more like someone with actual taste lives there. The kitchen‘s functional enough that I ended up cooking a few meals instead of eating out every night, which saved me a fortune since we’re talking about one of the priciest neighborhoods in the city. Plus, there’s something satisfying about making Greek salad with tomatoes from the local market on Mitropoleos Street, just a three-minute walk away.

What really impressed me was how Emily (I assume that’s the owner’s name) thought about the practical stuff that most people overlook. The Wi-Fi actually works – and I mean really works, not that barely-one-bar situation you get in some places. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing, which matters when you’re trying to sleep during those brutal August nights. And honestly, the location is almost too perfect. You’re close enough to walk to the Ancient Agora in fifteen minutes, but far enough from Monastiraki that you won’t have drunk backpackers singing outside your window at 2 AM. The building itself is typical Athens – a bit weathered on the outside, but the apartment feels completely renovated inside. Check-in was smooth, though I did have to coordinate timing since there’s no 24-hour desk situation, but that’s pretty standard for these kinds of places. The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s one of those spots where every detail feels intentional, from the lighting to the way the furniture’s arranged to maximize the space. If you’re planning to spend actual time in your accommodation rather than just crashing there, this place delivers.

  I had a fantastic stay in this flat! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and really well equipped with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. The owner was also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better.   Perfect location close to Ermou street, you can find everything around. Room is perfect for couples, clean, modern with all the amenities and a nice balcony, exactly as it looks in the pictures. Emilie is an amazing host.

  The location was fantastic and we loved the flat, which was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped (though we didn't cook – that's the point of a holiday), the bed was really comfortable and the terrace was lovely.

  We like everything about the apartment, spotless clean and comfortable. The lady owner was extremely polity and super nice. She left for us some trafitional greek presents which was a great touch.
