The staff actually remembers your name after the first day (which, let’s face it, doesn’t happen everywhere), and the check-in process was refreshingly smooth – no weird upselling attempts or confusing key card explanations.

What really sets this place apart, though, is how they’ve nailed the suite concept without making it feel corporate or sterile. The rooms are spacious in all the right ways – I mean, you can actually open your suitcase without having to close the bathroom door first. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries and eat in occasionally. I found myself using it way more than I expected, especially for morning coffee before the lobby café opened. The beds are that perfect firmness where you don’t wake up feeling like you’ve been wrestling with the mattress all night, and honestly, the blackout curtains actually work – something I’ve learned not to take for granted after years of travel.

You know what impressed me most? The little details that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, there are plenty of outlets near the desk area, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wake you up in the morning. The housekeeping team does this nice touch where they fold your clothes if you leave them on the chair – not necessary, but appreciated. Parking was easy and included, which saved me from circling blocks looking for street spots. The pool area gets busy around 3 PM with families, but if you go in the morning or after dinner, it’s pretty peaceful. I spent a few evenings there with a book, and the lighting is just right for reading without straining your eyes. The 9.0 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top, but everything works the way it should, and the service feels genuine rather than scripted.
