You’re literally in one of Athens‘ most sophisticated areas, where locals actually shop and dine, not just tourists snapping photos.

The suites are where this place really shines – and I mean genuinely shines, not in that fake hotel brochure way. The design is clean and modern without being cold, which is honestly harder to pull off than you’d think. My loft had these gorgeous high ceilings and huge windows that let in incredible natural light during the day. The kitchen setup was actually functional (rare in hotels, let’s be real), with proper counter space and appliances that don’t look like they’re from 1995. What struck me most was the attention to small details – good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and outlets placed where you’d naturally want to plug things in. Little stuff like that tells you someone who travels designed these spaces.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Kolonaki without dealing with the chaos of more touristy areas. The famous Funicular Railway to Mount Lycabettus is basically around the corner – I’d recommend the sunset trip up there, absolutely worth it. During the day, you can wander the tree-lined streets checking out the boutiques and galleries, then grab dinner at one of the excellent tavernas nearby. The area gets lively but not rowdy in the evenings, so you’ll sleep well but won’t feel like you’re staying in a business district ghost town. Parking can be tricky (this is central Athens, after all), but the staff actually gave me useful local tips instead of just shrugging. The whole experience felt more like staying in a well-appointed apartment than a hotel, which worked perfectly for me – I had space to spread out and really settle in, but with all the service and amenities when I needed them.
