Plus, the blackout curtains actually work, which is rarer than it should be in a 4-star place.

What really sold me on this spot was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think self-service apartments might attract the party crowd, but the setup here seems to filter for people who just want a good base without the fuss. I could hear some street noise during the day – nothing terrible, just the usual urban soundtrack – but evenings were genuinely peaceful. The building feels secure without being overly restrictive, and there’s something nice about having your own entrance instead of trudging through a lobby every time you need to grab something from your car. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can make or break a stay when you’re dealing with an unfamiliar area. If you’re the type who values independence and doesn’t need someone asking how your day went every time you walk through the door, this place gets it right.

  I have stayed quite a few times in this accommodation and I am always very satisfied. Since the last time was about 2 years ago, it is very nice to see small improvements. And a big one, which is the cleaning every 2 days!

  the location was superb. It is literally at the heart of Athens but the lane was quite quiet with easy access to all major places like Monastiraki, Plaka, Syntagma, Psyri, all within walking distance. They cleaned the room regularly. Facilities were good. the room size was good. Instructions were clear for accessing facilities.
