The location near Megaro Mousikis Concert Hall puts you right in this interesting pocket of Athens that’s both cultural and residential – honestly, it’s one of those areas where you feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake. I’m talking about proper kitchen space where you can actually cook (not just heat up instant noodles), and bedrooms that don’t make you feel like you’re sleeping in a closet. The 4-star rating makes sense when you look at the details – good water pressure in the shower, reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out when you need it most, and windows that actually keep the street noise to a reasonable level. That last part matters more than you’d think, especially if you’re sensitive to the typical Athens traffic sounds. The 9.2 rating from other guests? Yeah, I get it. There’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that just… works properly.

What I really appreciated was how easy it made exploring different parts of Athens. You’re close enough to the metro that getting to Syntagma or Monastiraki doesn’t feel like a production, but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can have quiet mornings with your coffee. The neighborhood has this nice mix of locals grabbing groceries and culture vultures heading to concerts – you’ll see both if you spend any time people-watching from the windows. I actually ended up cooking more meals than I planned because the kitchen was functional enough to make it enjoyable rather than frustrating. And honestly, after a few days of restaurant prices in central Athens, your wallet will thank you for having that option. The whole setup just felt practical in a way that made the trip smoother, which – let’s be real – is exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually enjoy your vacation instead of constantly problem-solving your accommodation.

  Location was reasonable ,about 1.5 blocks from metro once you are on the metro the city is yours. The apt was very large ,2 bedrooms , washroom, smaller kitchen but large dining room and living room. Washer. There are narrow balconies front and back with louvers.
  
  What could be improved: Two beds in one bedroom are more suited for children ,I guess you could make it work for adults but the beds are narrow. A darker apartment but that would make it cooler in summer. Didn't meet anyone everything was done on- line.

  The apartment is fabulous, well furnished and stylish, but also with all the necessary comforts (ironing board and iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, washing machine…). Plenty of storage in the main bedroom and in a cupboard outside the bathroom. Great internet connection, essential for work and teenage kids.
  
  The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Metro station, which is connected directly to the airport, with no need to change train. In the vicinity there are several eateries, supermarkets and bakeries. The hosts responded very quickly to any queries.

  The apartment was nice, clean, modern, elegant, close to metro station, and equipped with full amenities such as washing machine,microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
  
  What could be improved: -Free parking missed, I parked next to my apartment entrance where there are parking blue lines, and in less than 2 hours I got a fine ticket and unfortunately paid 40€. So pay attention that blue line for permanent residence.

  Location is top-notch at a safe area very near Megaro Mousikis Metro stop. The flat is just like the photos show it, very clean and beautiful. Natasha and Maria are exceptionally nice people, and a 10/10 rating for them does not even reflect the reality of what exceptional, beautiful human beings they are and how far over and beyond they went on our stay…

  Excelente localização em zona calma e próxima do metro. Em poucos minutos chega-se ao centro. Existem supermercados e restaurantes na zona. O ar condicionado é excelente e as anfitriãs respondem prontamente.
