The bed situation is solid too, though I will say the pillows lean toward the firmer side if that matters to you.

Here’s the thing about places with a 9.4 rating – they usually earn it through consistency rather than flashy features, and this apartment totally fits that pattern. The check-in process was smooth (no standing around wondering if anyone’s coming), the WiFi actually works at speeds that won’t make you curse during video calls, and honestly, the noise level surprised me in a good way. I was expecting typical apartment building sounds, but the insulation is better than average. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the bathroom could use one more towel hook, but that’s the kind of detail you only notice when you’re settling in for a longer stay. If you’re looking for space to spread out without paying resort prices, and you want something that feels more like a well-designed home than a hotel room, this place delivers on that promise pretty well.

  There are two balconies and they both give a great view. There’s plenty of space whether it’s the living room, kitchen or bedrooms. Close to the tourist spots, restaurants and grocery stores which is always a plus.

  Great location, 20 minutes walk into the centre of Athens or 2 stops on the metro.
  
  We caught the train from another nearby station directly back to the airport, much cheaper than a taxi.

  Ideal location in Athens. Friendly neighbourhood with access to supermarket, bakery and restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to metro. All available facilities in apartment. Spacious bed downstairs in living room, two large bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. Large kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and hob. Large balconies on both levels. Air conditioning in all rooms, with fans available as additional items. Very friendly and responsive host.

  Clean, spacious, minimalistic, quiet, shops nearby, restaurants nearby, excellent air conditioning, large comfortable beds, 2 terraces, large comfy sofa, plenty of hot water, Netflixs, everything needed for a comfortable stay, and make your holiday stress free and more enjoyable. Walking distance from main attractions.

  We accidentally lost a towel and broke a plate, the owners were more concerned that we hadn't hurt ourselves and thanked us for taking good care of the appartment.
  I have to mention that this appartment is simply immaculate , modern and large with 2 large balconies.

  Very spacious apartment with beautiful decoration. The location is great, well connected but also quiet. Two great balconies and it was very nice to have coffee and condiments for cooking. We look forward to

  Great and specoius apartment close to Athens city centre. On foot, you can reach the attractions in just 30 minutes , or if you do not like to walk, the metro is located only 300m away from the property. The apartment has two big bedrooms, a wonderful living room, and two spectacular outdoor terraces.
