The balcony situation is legit – I mean, the Acropolis view isn’t some tiny glimpse between buildings like you get at a lot of places. You can actually sit out there in the evening with a bottle of wine from the Carrefour down the street and watch the Parthenon light up as the sun sets. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room, which I really appreciated after bouncing between generic chain hotels. The kitchen is properly equipped too (not just for show), so you can hit the local market and make breakfast instead of paying tourist prices every morning. I will say the street can get a bit noisy during the day – it’s a working neighborhood, so there’s traffic and the occasional delivery truck – but it quiets down nicely in the evenings.
What really sold me on this place, though, was how it sits right in that sweet spot between being connected to the city center but still feeling residential. The metro station is close enough that you can easily get to Syntagma or Omonia, but you’re also walking distance from some genuinely good neighborhood tavernas that haven’t figured out they can charge double because tourists don’t usually venture this way. There’s this little souvlaki place around the corner – I think it’s called Thanasis or something similar – where the owner’s mom still makes the tzatziki fresh every day. That’s the kind of stuff you miss when you’re staying in the obvious spots. The 4-star rating feels about right, and honestly, that 8.8 guest rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting a proper local experience with legitimate Acropolis views at a fraction of what you’d pay closer to the center.

The location is very good, relatively close to the center of Athens, and it is only a ten-minute walk from the Acropolis, which is very convenient. The room is on the 4th floor, with an elevator, and it's easy to locate by taxi. There are three bedrooms and a large living room, which is suitable for six people to live in. The kitchen has an induction cooker and many kitchenware, making it convenient to prepare simple meals. You need to purchase your own seasonings. Could be improved: One of the two toilets is very small, with only a toilet and a mini sink, which can be difficult for people who are overweight to use. The blanket is relatively thin, and it's still a bit cold to cover it on winter nights, but fortunately, you can turn on the air conditioning. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the toilet is not functional.

This apartment is truly a hidden gem! The highlight is definitely the balcony with a stunning view of the Acropolis, it was magical to sit there in the evening, watching the sun set over the city. The interior is modern, stylish, and super comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning for those hot Athens days. The location in Neos Kosmos is perfect peaceful yet close enough to the city's main attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended! Could be improved: -

This 3-bedroom apartment in Neos Kosmos is an absolute gem! The balcony has a breathtaking view of the Acropolis, which never gets old whether you’re having your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Inside, the apartment is spacious, with three well-sized bedrooms and an open-plan living area perfect for entertaining. The location in Neos Kosmos is ideal,close to both the metro and tram, so getting around Athens is easy. I can’t imagine finding a better combination of space, convenience, and that iconic view! Jó elhelyezkedés, kényelmes, tágas akár 6 embernek is. Az utca amiben van hétfőn fantasztikus piaccá alakul telis teli helyi finomságokkal. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, máskor is vissza mennénk. Could be improved: Törött wc ülőke és az egyik szobához nem volt törölköző. Nyikorgó ajtók. Túl sok üzenetet kaptam ami már zavaró volt.
