But honestly, stepping onto the balcony here — it’s like someone positioned this place specifically for those Instagram shots of the Acropolis that don’t look forced.

The aparthotel concept works really well here, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights. I actually appreciated having a proper kitchenette because, let’s be real, eating out in the touristy areas near the Acropolis every meal gets expensive fast. The fridge is decent-sized (not one of those mini bar things), and there’s enough counter space to actually prep something. The rooms feel more like a really nice short-term rental than a hotel — which means you get that lived-in comfort without the wear and tear you sometimes find in actual Airbnbs. Everything’s pretty fresh and modern, though I will say the bathroom lighting is almost aggressively bright in the mornings.

What I didn’t expect was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re really not that far from all the action around Monastiraki and Plaka. The soundproofing is solid, or maybe they just picked a good spot away from the main traffic arteries. Check-in was smooth — the front desk staff actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give useful restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps. They pointed me toward this little taverna about a ten-minute walk away that I never would’ve found otherwise. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you add up all these little things that just work properly. It’s not flashy or trying to be boutique-y, but everything from the Wi-Fi speed to the water pressure feels like someone actually tested it before opening. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the elevators are fast and quiet — you don’t realize how much those tiny daily annoyances add up until you stay somewhere that gets them right.

  As the name of the foom says, it has an astonishing view of the Acropolis.
  It is brand new and for the moment it looks very nice, rooms are very nice and comfy. For the price we paid, it is a very good value. You are right in the city center.
  We must commend all the front office personnel, they were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive; they definitely made our stay even more agreable.

  I really liked the aesthetics of the room, how centered in Athens, they checked us in ahead of the written time, they cleaned the room really fast whenever we got out of it and pressed the "needs cleaning" button. The reception was full of such nice people, especially the male receptionist who always welcomed us with a smile, recommended us a lot of things with not problem .

  Very new, luxury hotel. It’s very small so there aren’t a lot of other amenities (like a bar or restaurant) but that didn’t bother us since it was centrally located on Ermou street.
