I’ll be honest – when I first walked into PAME Paradiso, I wasn’t expecting much from a 4-star place, but this spot actually surprised me in the best way. The lobby has this understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard, you know? Not overly flashy, but there’s definitely attention to detail in the way everything’s arranged. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions like you get at some chain hotels.

What really got me was how well they’ve balanced that polished hotel experience with actually feeling comfortable. The rooms – and I mean this – are thoughtfully designed. You’ve got proper lighting for reading (thank god, because so many places get this wrong), decent closet space, and honestly, the beds are fantastic. I’m usually a light sleeper, but the sound insulation here is solid. Even when there were families with kids down the hall, it stayed pretty quiet. The bathrooms deserve a mention too – good water pressure, which you never know if you’re going to get, and they stock those little touches that make you feel like they care about your stay.

The whole operation runs smoothly, which honestly isn’t something you can take for granted these days. Housekeeping was consistent, the front desk always seemed to have someone who could actually help with questions, and maintenance issues (I had a minor thing with the AC) got sorted quickly. I noticed they keep the common areas really clean too – you know how some hotels let things slide in the hallways or elevators? Not here. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here a few nights. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on what matters – comfort, cleanliness, and service that feels genuine rather than scripted. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax without constantly dealing with little annoyances, PAME Paradiso gets it right.

  The room was clean and spacious and if I ever needed help the team were very responsive over WhatsApp. The code to my room and the ability to lock myself in made me feel very secure as a solo traveller.
