I mean, someone clearly put thought into the little touches – decent coffee setup (thank god), windows that actually open wide for those evening breezes off the Saronic Gulf, and furniture that doesn’t look like it came from the same catalog as every other short-term rental. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s genuinely comfortable in a way that matters more than marble countertops. Paleo Faliro has this interesting thing going on where it’s close enough to central Athens that you’re not stuck out in the suburbs, but far enough that you get actual parking spots and can walk to a proper beach. The Flisvos Marina area is maybe a 15-minute walk – perfect for those late afternoon strolls when the heat dies down. And honestly, the tram connection into the city center works better than I expected, though like most Athens public transport, it runs on Greek time, so build in some buffer.

What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night. You’re in a residential building, so there’s none of that hotel corridor noise or drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. The locals here seem to actually live normal lives – you’ll see people heading to work in the morning, kids playing in the small parks, elderly folks doing their evening shopping.   Άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, ανακαινισμένο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα 2ου ορόφου. Παρείχε τα πάντα από εξοπλισμό (έως και nespresso μηχανή ). Εύκολη πρόσβαση και πάρκινγκ (το απόγευμα). Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

  Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο, τέλεια διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος είτε για ολοήμερη είτε για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευχάριστος και έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε απορία τηλεφωνικά και άρτια κατατοπιστικός μέσω emails.

  Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ευκολία στο παρκάρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Καθαρό μπάνιο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Μας καθοδήγησαν επακριβώς για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών και το πως θα μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα. Θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα στο μέλλον.
