The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that whoever designed these spaces actually gets what travelers want – not just Instagram-worthy corners, but places where you can spread out your stuff and feel human again.

The apartments themselves are honestly impressive. I mean, we’re talking proper kitchens with equipment you’d actually use, not those sad mini-fridges and two-burner situations you usually get. The living spaces have this perfect balance of modern comfort and Greek character – exposed stone here and there, but with air conditioning that actually works (trust me, you’ll appreciate this in July). What really got me was the attention to small details… thick towels that don’t feel like sandpaper, blackout curtains for those post-flight recovery days, and – this might sound weird – but the water pressure is fantastic. After weeks of Mediterranean travel, these things matter more than you’d think.

Location-wise, you’re right in the heart of things without being trapped in tourist chaos. Plaka can get absolutely mobbed during peak hours, but the beauty of having an apartment here is that you can duck back inside when the cruise ship crowds descend around midday, then venture out again when the neighborhood settles into its evening rhythm. I loved walking down to Adrianou Street for morning coffee before the souvenir shops opened – there’s something magical about having those ancient cobblestones mostly to yourself. The Acropolis views from certain windows are honestly ridiculous (in the best way), and you’re close enough to the main sites that you can pop back if you forget your camera or need a siesta break. Actually, one thing I should mention – evenings can get a bit lively with restaurant chatter and street musicians, but it’s the good kind of urban energy, not obnoxious party noise. The 9.8 rating makes total sense when you experience how everything just… works. Check-in was smooth, the staff actually knows the neighborhood (not just the tourist highlights), and when our bathroom light flickered, someone was there within an hour. It’s that rare combination of independence and support that makes you want to extend your stay.

  I cannot say enough about this apartment, it was perfect, I would book this again in a flash. The location is spot on, you can easily access restaurants, hop on hop off bus, the two tours we booked were within walking distance to be picked up. Plenty of shopping and close to the acropolis. The apartment itself has everything you need and the hosts were so accommodating, even helping to arrange transfers. The apartment is modern, the bed is comfortable, shower was good too. There is a washer/dryer so we were able to buy a small travel pack of laundry powder to do our washing, coffee machine and pods were a bonus! Highly recommend this apartment.

  The property arranged the car from the ferry port and the driver communicated with the property so there was someone to meet us at the car and take us to the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and we sat on the balcony and ate breakfast. The apartment has a washing machine.
  
  We were very close to the acropolis but when you shut the doors and windows you could hear nothing from outside. There was a little supermarket a few steps away and restaurants within a minutes walk.

  Beautifully appointed, new apartment. Very spacious and well appointed living space. Lively furnishings. Robes included! It felt brand new and was spotless. Wonderful area with many restaurants in the nearby plaza. Shopping all around. Great proximity to all the sites in Athens.

  This is a fabulous modern luxury apartment. Great location within walking distance to all major historical sites and in an awesome location with lots of restaurant options and pretty alleys with little shops. The appartment had welcome pack of wine and treats . On top of all that the staff were exceptional. Even kindly booked us a taxis to get back to airport . Cannot recommend this appartment highly enough is the best place we have stayed and would definitely come back .

  Amazing location near everything yet on a quiet street. Beautiful property. When we had a small issue. It was responded to immediately. Then we were checked ip on everyday to ensure everything was ok.
