  Good location, safe, clean and spacious. Hot water and heating available in each room, as well as AC in each room.   The apartment is very comfortable, and spotless clean – an absolute 10 for that. The balcony is small but it's there, which is great news for a smoker. The area is a bit away from the centre and the metro isn't as close as I thought, especially since the walk is partly uphill in both directions. Overall, very good value for money!
