The neighborhood has this great energy where you’ve got tourists mixing with locals heading to work, and the coffee shops nearby serve proper Greek coffee, not the watered-down stuff you sometimes get in hotel areas. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night despite being so central – the building seems to buffer the street noise pretty well.
