The property itself sits in a neighborhood that feels authentically Greek without being too far from the main attractions – you’ll hear church bells in the morning instead of just traffic, which I found oddly comforting. Parking can be a bit tricky (street parking mostly), but honestly, that’s Athens for you. The building has character without feeling dated, and the common areas have this understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard. Is it perfect? Well, the wifi occasionally hiccupped in my room, and the elevator is one of those old-school European ones that moves at its own leisurely pace. But these are minor things when you consider the overall experience.
