The staff genuinely knows the area too – not just the tourist stuff, but they’ll point you toward that tiny ceramics studio three blocks over or tell you which taverna actually serves decent food after midnight.

The location is what really makes this place work, though. You’re literally a five-minute walk from some of the city’s best underground bars and galleries, and during the day, you can wander through streets where local artists are just… working on murals like it’s their day job (because it is).   Great location, very clean and had everything you need for a short stay.
  
  Building was a little bit deteriorated, but once you enter the floor with the apartments it was clean and well maintained.
  
  Bring your own coffee or coffee pods, only one pod provided.

  This "hotel apartment style" was very cute, clean and impressively well designed.

  Also well located near the city center and amazingly quiet.

  The hotel provides a superb overall experience, thanks to its prime location in the trendiest neighborhood, excellent facilities (warm water, a lovely bed and room), and convenient access to everything. The manager was very helpful, and the hotel offers the best value for money.

  The location was perfect, close to the city centre. The room was very clean and quiet, very well equipped. The breakfast was served in a variety of coffee shops, we could choose every day where we wanted to serve it, it was included in the price. I really recommend The Frogs Guesthouse, the breakfast was delicious. The staff from the apartment was very friendly and were open for questions 24/7 through a Whatsapp group. We received cookies when we arrived.
  
  What could be improved: The room was cold, especially at night. The heating wasn't working very well (we stayed there in February). It was a bit an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, but otherwise everything was good.
