The room — well, it’s really more like a proper living space — feels thoughtfully designed rather than just functional. You get separate areas for sleeping and lounging, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights. Walking around Goudi in the evenings became one of my favorite parts of staying here. The metro station is close enough that getting to the Acropolis or Monastiraki takes maybe 20 minutes, but you come back to this peaceful residential area where kids are playing in small parks and elderly Greeks are having their evening coffee. It’s the Athens most visitors never see, and I sort of loved being part of that rhythm.
