You know what caught me off guard about Λabirinthia? The name isn’t just some fancy Greek marketing gimmick – this place actually feels like navigating a beautiful maze, and I mean that in the best possible way. When I first walked through the entrance, I honestly got a little turned around trying to find my room, but the staff seemed genuinely amused (not annoyed) when guests would pop up looking slightly confused. There’s something almost playful about the layout that grows on you.

The 4-star rating feels spot-on – it’s not trying to be some ultra-luxury palace, but everything works exactly as it should. My room had this interesting angular design that somehow made the space feel bigger than it probably was, and the bathroom tiles had these subtle geometric patterns that tied into the whole labyrinth theme without being too on-the-nose about it. Actually, the attention to detail impressed me more than I expected. Little things like the way the lighting shifted throughout the day, or how the corridors had these alcoves with local art that made getting “lost” kind of enjoyable.

What really sold me on the place was the breakfast area – it’s tucked away in what feels like the center of the building, with this skylight that transforms the whole space depending on the weather. I ended up spending way more time there than planned, just watching how the light moved across the walls. The staff clearly knows their regulars too; by day three, they remembered I liked my coffee strong and always grabbed extra napkins (I’m a messy eater, honestly). The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you experience how smoothly everything runs despite the intentionally winding layout. Sure, it takes a day or two to master the geography, but once you do, you’ll find yourself taking different routes just because you can. It’s the kind of place where getting temporarily lost becomes part of the charm rather than a frustration.

  A large apartment with plenty of space for a family of four. We really appreciated the washing machine. Perfect location for exploring Athens, and only a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis entrance. Plenty of food options around. Great communication and instructions for self checkin/checkout. Recommended.

  It was a very good location, near Monastiraki with many restaurants and cafes in the area, Not to mention supermarkets so it's very convenient place to be. Owner was friendly and attentive and very helpful. We love the apartment as it's spacious and comfortable and we really can relax after a day of exploring. There's also a lift as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Kitchen facilities are all there if you wanted to cook. Very good shower and it has a Middle East Bidet!

  Excellent location – 5 min from Monastiraki square (on a street that is well lit with a nice and safe entry). Spacious bedrooms, window blinds all over that help with the noise from outside (to be expected due to it being in the heart of the city). Elevator is a plus as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Strong wifi and a large TV in the livingroom. The young man that help with a situation with our bedlinens was nice and outgoing. They were ok with us leaving our backpacks until later the day of checkout as we had an afternoon flight back home. A lot of restaurants (seating or fast food), a supermarket and shops near by.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen pots and pans need to be changed as they are really burned and scratched, a bit more attention to cleaning the cabinets (dusty inside) and the coffee machine works but was difficult to use (previous users tried to use wrong coffee capsules and broke to sliding mechanism of the Nespresso).

  This is an amazing ,big , design appartment. Everything is perfect. Very clean, all is new and nice, very close to the center and everything. Super location. The owner of the property is allways available and helps us a lot. We will come again.I recomend.
