The apartment itself feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – I mean that in the best way possible. There are thoughtful touches everywhere that make you realize someone who actually knows Athens put this together. The kitchen has proper coffee supplies (not just instant packets), and the shower has decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in this neighborhood.

What I really appreciated was the local knowledge that comes with staying here. The host left recommendations for places that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps – there’s this little taverna about a five-minute walk away that I never would have found otherwise. And speaking of walking, you’re close enough to explore the Plaka on foot without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the middle of it. The morning light hits the apartment just right, and if you’re an early riser like me, you can actually hear the city waking up gradually instead of that jarring rush you get at hotels on busier streets. Check-in was smooth – no awkward key exchanges or waiting around. The whole experience felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying at a typical rental, which I suppose explains why it consistently rates so highly with other travelers.

  Location excellent for all attractions and walking. Size, plenty of room for five adults, many bathrooms. Quiet and ease of movement.

  Great location within easy walking distance to all the main attractions or easy connect to public transport. Great host who was able to get a couple of small issues sorted for us very promptly, and provided good check in communication. House was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Also nice to have a large fridge and a washing machine.

  The rental agency arranged for our pickup at the airport to the apartment which made the arrival very easy. The location was perfect, there ere restaurants, stores and the historic sites right up the side road.
  They also arranged for transportation to the cruise ship after our stay.
  It was a very great experience.

  Great place and location! Two excellent bathrooms (plus one extra toilet), the whole apartment was super clean and had the daily utilities that you'd need (kitchen stuff, hairdryers etc.) Easy instructions for the dropbox. Really spacious front room/lounge. All four bedrooms were a good size (the fourth has a fold out double bed). Walking distance (20mins) to pretty much anywhere and plenty of restaurants nearer than that. Free street parking in the neighbourhood (just check with the rental agency that your vehicle meets the emission limit for central Athens and don't block any bins or fire hydrants). Would we stay here again?…YES!

  The location was incredible – walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. The host Jenny was so helpful and responsive – just made everything easier. We would highly recommend to any friends and family!
