So I’ve stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment next to Hilton and all hospitals a few times now, and honestly, it’s become my go-to whenever I’m in the area. The name pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the location – you’re literally a stone’s throw from the Hilton, which means you’re in that sweet spot where everything feels accessible without the hotel price tag.

What really struck me the first time was how quiet it actually is, considering you’re surrounded by all this medical infrastructure. I mean, you’d think with hospitals nearby there’d be sirens constantly, but the apartment sits just far enough back that you don’t get the chaos. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious – not those cramped spaces where you bump into furniture trying to get to the bathroom at night. I particularly love that the main bedroom gets great morning light, though if you’re someone who likes to sleep in, you might want to bring an eye mask or something. The living area flows nicely into the kitchen space, and there’s actually counter room to spread out if you’re working on a laptop or planning your day over coffee.

You know what’s really convenient though? Being next to the Hilton means their lobby bathroom is right there if you’re ever in a pinch (learned that one the hard way during a particularly long check-in process), plus there’s usually decent food delivery options since drivers know exactly where the Hilton is. The hospitals being nearby might sound weird as a selling point, but it actually means the whole area is well-lit and feels safe walking around at night – there’s always people coming and going, but in a purposeful way, not a sketchy way. Parking can be a bit tricky during shift changes at the medical facilities, usually around 7 AM and 7 PM, but most of the time you’ll find a spot without circling the block. The building itself is well-maintained – I’ve never had issues with hot water or heating, which honestly puts it ahead of some fancier places I’ve stayed. The 8.4 rating feels about right to me; it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but everything works like it should, the space is clean and comfortable, and the location really does make life easier when you’re trying to get around town.

  The apartment is in a good location less than a 5 minute walk from the metro, with various restaurants just outside the door. The apartment was clean and big, it can easily accommodate 8 people. Smart TV in the kitchen/sitting room. Part of the apartment looks renovated. Probably recently installed some new IKEA type furniture. The shower has a boiler that warms the water and turns off automatically and has a very good pressure.
  Petros was there waiting for us and showed us the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Parts of the apartment need repairs. The stove and washing machine have rusted parts. The entrance door to the shower doesn't close as it should as it is not fixed correctly. In the bathroom the shower door also needs to be fixed as it allows water to escape onto the floor. Some fresh paint is needed in a few places. And an outlet in the bedroom that might pose a fire risk.
  As the apartment is halfway underground, the front door is three steps down from the street, it is a bit humid.
  All in all a few things that need fixing but didn't really affect our stay.

  Ideale Ausgangsbasis zum Erkunden der Stadt. Sicheres Viertel, alles was man braucht in der Nähe – Bäcker, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Metrostation.
  Waschmaschine / Nespressomaschine / Handtücher – alles da. Klimaanlage / Heizung in allen Zimmern.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung liegt im Kellergeschoss und wirkt im ersten Moment etwas trist und dunkel, hat aber trotzdem zwei Tageslichtfenster sowie einen Lichthof.

  The property is decent, conveniently situated near or short walking distance to bus stops and the Evangelismos metro station. So nearby areas like Syntagma Square is 1 metro stop away. So many shops and restaurants in the surrounding areas too. Agent answers queries and helpful in addressing them. Also allows early check-in and late check-out.

  Very spacious. With complete facilities. Tv had subscribed channels so that’s nice. Washer and kitchenette was working well. The staff was kind to arrange pick up and send off to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe some people would like a basement apartment? The steps down are only a few but could be a problem with heavy luggage. The road outside is not flat that you can roll your luggage around.

  La fermeté de la literie. Le confort des canapés. Pièces à vivre spacieuses. Et une super situation géographique.
  
  What could be improved: Les Couettes mises à disposition qui étaient sales (certaines tachées de sang et d'autres crasseuses) et qui n'avaient pas de housses.
  Une porte de la chambre principale avec un gros trou au centre.
  Une marche très dangereuse pour accéder à la chambre des lits jumeaux.
  Manque de micro-onde.
  62€ de frais de ménage ????
  Mobilier fragile.

  What could be improved: Непрекъсната бяхме в пререкания със фирмата.Пералнята не работеше–смениха я на 9 ден от нашето настаняване. Оборудването в кухнята е много зле – за 6 човека имаше 5 чаши и 6 чинии. Нямаше нито една салфетка или кухненска кърпа.За 14 дни за 6 човека бяха оставени 3 рола с тоалетна хартия. Не знаеха ,че са си отдържали 2 почиствания в сметката и трябваше отново да преговаряме и 2 дни преди да си тръгнем изпратиха кърпи и чершафи и това беше за 45 евро. Не знаят как да работят– не ги препоръчвам
