I mean, with a 9.5 rating and four stars, I had high expectations, but honestly — this place delivers on them in ways that surprised me.

The thing about this hotel is that it strikes this perfect balance between elegant and livable. The rooms feel more like well-appointed apartments than typical hotel spaces, which makes sense given the “residences” part of the name. I stayed in what they call a junior suite, and the kitchenette was actually functional (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation). The bathroom had this rainfall shower that I kept using as an excuse to be late for dinner, and the bed — well, let’s just say I may have googled the mattress brand because I wanted one at home. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the air conditioning unit makes this subtle humming sound, but honestly, it became white noise after the first night.

What really sets this place apart though is the staff’s attention to detail. During check-in, they remembered my dietary restrictions from my booking notes without me having to mention them again, and there was a bottle of local wine waiting in my room (apparently they do this for guests staying more than three nights). The concierge — Maria, I think her name was — gave me walking directions to this incredible family-run taverna that I never would have found otherwise, the kind of place where locals go and tourists somehow never discover. She also warned me that the nearby construction starts at 7 AM sharp, which saved me from a rude awakening. The housekeeping team restocked the coffee daily with beans from a local roaster, and I actually asked for the brand name because it was that good. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels like the people working there genuinely care about your experience rather than just going through the motions. The front desk stays staffed 24/7, and I tested this at 2 AM when I realized I’d locked myself out — they had me back in my room within five minutes, no attitude, no fuss.

  Centrally located, walking distance to acropolis. Very safe neighborhood. Lots of restaurants & coffee shops at stones throw from the apartment. Clean and well provisioned with toiletries towels eland comfortable beds and furniture. Nice updated toilets. Caretaker responded promptly to text and phone calls.

  Very comfy and nicely decorated apartment with plenty of room for 6 people. Great bathrooms and bedrooms and a modern living room with fully equipped kitchen! The location is just absolutely brilliant with only 5 minutes to the Acropolis and in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops!

  The property is clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, walking distance to great restaurants and the Acropolis. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The host is responsive and extremely accommodating. Bonus-they have an elevator! Stay here! (Eat at the coffee joint around the corner-fantastic service and delicious food)

  Wonderful stay- perfect location, 10 min walk into the centre. Staff could not do enough for us. Greeted by Harry very helpful. easily contactable by phone. Arranged transfers to and from the airport, taxi driver, Constantino suggested places & restaurants to go outside of the usual places.
  
  Perfect, everything about the apartment was well equipped to a high std and very clean. five of us therefore 3 rooms and bathrooms perfect . Around the corner is a fantastic little coffee shop. People in there very hospitable and their bougatsa is to die for.
