The staff here seems to really get the whole “apartment” concept too. They’re helpful when you need them but don’t hover around making you feel like you’re being watched. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that aggressive upselling you sometimes get hit with at hotels. Actually, the front desk person gave me some solid local recommendations that felt genuine, not like they were reading from a script or getting kickbacks from particular restaurants. The housekeeping strikes this nice balance where they keep things fresh and clean without disrupting that “home away from home” vibe they’re going for. And honestly, after staying in countless places where the walls are paper-thin, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it stays even when other guests are around – you can actually have a phone conversation without whispering or retreating to the bathroom.

The whole experience just feels… well, successful, I suppose. It’s one of those places where everything works the way it should, nothing feels cheap or rushed, and you find yourself already thinking about booking again before you’ve even checked out. Whether you’re here for business and need space to spread out with your laptop, or you’re on vacation and want somewhere that doesn’t feel like a generic hotel room, this place delivers without making a big show of it. That 9.3 rating isn’t just numbers – it reflects the kind of stay where you don’t have any of those little irritations that usually crop up, and you end up recommending it to friends without any caveats or warnings.

  It is spacious. It has a very good coffeemachine to make delicious coffee which you can enjoy while sitting on the balcony. The swinging bench on the balcony is great for relaxing. Location is perfect as well. Most main sites are within walking distance. The host Nadia is very kind and reacted quickly in the app when I had questions.
  
  What could be improved: It would be nice if there were a few more items in the kitchen like a smaller cooking pan, a flat spatula and a proper knife to slice fresh bread. The neighboorhood is a bit noisy till late past midnight due to several bars closeby, but on the other hand it makes the neighbourhood lively and it is therefore safe on the streets till late.

  It was very well furnished , clean and very secure in an area a few minutes walk from the acropolis. Good seafood and bars nearby.

  Excellent property to stay in Athens. Our host was very accommodating and helpful.
  The apartment is close to the metro station and city centre is just walking distance away. Closer to the main attraction Acropolis. Nearby restaurants with affordable prices and good food.

  Value for money: 5 out of 5 stars.
  Not only is the apartment well furnished, specious and well located, Success has made every effort to lift the experience of the stay. Some examples are the espresso machine, two air conditioners in lounge and in the bedroom (I stayed in summer and it made a huge difference), putting chilled water in fridge for my arrival, washing machine and detergent bought for use, and welcoming me after my flight was delayed.
  Highly, highly recommend staying here.

  The location was great – in the heart of Athens. A nice view from the bedroom balcony also!

  The owner was very nice and helpful.
  The neighbourhood is quite nice. There are many bars and cafes and pedestrian streets. Despite being close to bars, it's quiet.
  It's only about 20 min walk to the touristy area.
  The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
  The terrace is quite spacious. We didn't use it much because it was winter, but it must be very enjoyable in the summer.
  The bed was large and comfortable.

  The location was perfect, very close to great cafés, restaurants and bars. A short walk from the metro station and easy to walk to the city centre. The host was very attentive and friendly, and the apartment was excellent!
