Acropolis Luxury Living Overview
You know what struck me first about Acropolis Luxury Living? It’s not trying too hard to impress you with marble everything and over-the-top chandeliers like some places do. Instead, there’s this understated elegance that actually feels more expensive – if that makes sense. The moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell this was one of those rare finds where the 4-star rating undersells what you’re getting.
The rooms are honestly spectacular, and I mean that in the most genuine way possible. The beds are those perfect firmness levels where you sink just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in marshmallow, and the linens – well, let’s just say I spent way too much time trying to figure out the thread count. What really got me though were the little touches that show someone actually thought about how people live in hotel rooms. The bathroom lighting doesn’t make you look like a zombie (seriously, why is this so rare?), there’s actual counter space for your stuff, and the shower pressure is the kind that makes you not want to leave. I actually found myself taking longer showers than usual, which probably says something about my home setup that I don’t want to admit.
The location works really well if you want to feel connected to Athens without being right in the middle of all the tourist chaos. You’re close enough to walk to the major sites when you want that authentic experience, but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night without street noise keeping you up. I noticed the staff genuinely knows the neighborhood – not just the obvious recommendations but the kind of insider spots that make you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The front desk guy (I think his name was Dimitri?) told me about this tiny bakery around the corner that opens at 6 AM, and honestly, their spanakopita was better than anything I had at the “famous” places near the Acropolis. That 9.3 rating makes complete sense when you experience how they handle the details – from remembering your coffee preference to actually listening when you ask for restaurant suggestions instead of just handing you the same generic list everyone gets. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, not because there’s anything wrong with your original plans, but because leaving feels premature somehow.
To book hotel in Athens during the famous Athens Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts ancient history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Nice and cosy apartment
fully equipped, there was everything we could have needed including soap for dishwasher and washing machine, full amenities like you would find in a good hotel and good quality bath sheets. One of the vest apartments I've stayed in.
Staff were very responsive, they resolved a maintenance issue within minutes.Darwing from United Kingdom (10/10)
Everything! Fantastic apartment 😊

The location was very convenient and pretty quiet! It was walking distance from the Acropolis and tons of cafes and shops. The apartment itself was as advertised and very clean. We enjoyed having an outdoor space with the small deck! Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked great.

Good location and I liked that staff met us at the door and helped with luggage and explained things in the apartment

The apartment was so comfortable, spacious and clean. The host, who met me was so friendly and accommodating despite my flight delay. The neighborhood was near the acropolis and bustling, but felt safe, and I was able to reach so much by foot from this location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and it was so nice to relax in this space after a long hot day of seeing the sights. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very obliging and nice. We were met by a person who went through the various things in the apartment. The apartment had a large balcony, where it was great to chill and relax and have a glass of wine. The air conditioning functioned well, which for us was very important as it was very hot! 🥵 the apartment was very clean and had everything necessary including a safe, which we thought was excellent. We felt very safe and welcome.

The hosts were helpful and very responsive.
The other thing I am grateful for is that I had made the reservation of this apartment because it has a washing machine and I needed to wash clothes. When we got there the machine was broken, but the property had our clothes wahsed for us at no expense. This was very nice.
