The owners clearly know what travelers actually need (reliable wifi, proper shower pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light), and they’ve nailed those basics while keeping the Greek character intact. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from Monastiraki and all the tourist essentials, but you can also wander down to the local tavernas where you won’t see another tourist all evening. Actually, there’s this little bakery two blocks over that opens at 6 AM – the smell of fresh tiropita drifts through the streets and honestly became my favorite way to wake up. If you’re looking for something that feels genuinely Athenian rather than generically Mediterranean, this is the kind of place where you’ll end up staying longer than planned and already planning your return visit before you’ve even checked out.

  The apartment spacious, all the facility what me and my husband needs, The room are very clean, the location are strategies, only 25 mins walk to pantheon. Love the toilet hose, for me that’s the highlight of the room as I use toilet hose back home in Melbourne. The host fast response when there is issue. We definitely will stay in Niki apartement when we back to Athens and recommend to our friends or family if they visit Athens
  
  What could be improved: The lift was surprisingly tiny and weird, but it found funny and spooky experience for us at the start, but we get used to it after awhile, if you have claustrophobia you need to consider to request for the first floor apartement to avoid. the lift can only fit for one person with 1 big luggage plus 1 small luggage. The wifi doesn’t work for 2 days during we stayed, but the host response to this issue very quick and send the technician to fix this problem, even though it work one night before we left. Lucky we found a phone shop nearby and buy Greece SIM card for only 30 euro for 30 days.

  The accommodation is so beautiful decorated and it has everything you need for a lovely staying.
  All the good restaurants and rooftops are just 5 mins walking distance.
  I really recommend this beautiful place.
