  The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is great, close to where we wanted to be and with plenty of places to explore nearby. It's very close to major tourist sites but not in an area that feels overly touristy and busy. There was a good selection of guides to Athens in the apartment, and Merle, our host, recommended a great restaurant for dinner – the food and hospitality were faultless. We bumped into Merle as we were leaving, and it was lovely that she remembered us from a previous stay and great to see her again!
