The location means you can easily walk to pretty much everything that matters, but more importantly, you can escape back to your own space when the city gets overwhelming. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s amazing apartment than staying in a typical hotel, which I think is exactly what they’re going for. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time in your room, not just crash there between sightseeing marathons.
