Good blackout curtains, which you’ll appreciate since summer sunrise comes early here, and the air conditioning is properly quiet – trust me on this one, nothing ruins a perfect view like a rattling AC unit. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, with decent water pressure and toiletries that don’t smell like industrial cleaning products. You know what really got me though? They have this little welcome note that includes actual restaurant recommendations from the neighborhood, not just the touristy spots everyone suggests. I ended up at this tiny taverna about three blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise – just locals and the most incredible lamb I’ve had in years. The 9.0 rating makes complete sense once you realize this isn’t just about the accommodation itself, but about how they help you experience the area. Sure, you’re paying a bit more than some places, but honestly, waking up to that view every morning and having the Acropolis as your backdrop for evening drinks? Totally worth it, especially if you time it right and avoid the peak summer crowds when everything in Athens feels a bit overwhelming.

  Great apartment, very neat, with plenty of personal touches.
  The terrace was the highlight, and we really enjoyed spending time outside. The view was amazing.
  Very close the metro station, about a 3min walk. The tram is also very close to the apartment.
  The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, there are a few coffee shops just down the street and an excellent bakery at the metro entrance.

  The location was excellent for my needs. Nearest metro is 2 minutes walk and by the metro is also an excellent bakery to start the day. The apartment has a working elevator and a very clean appearance. Tastefully decorated with a personal touch that you do not get in soulless hotel rooms. I would honestly say that If I had known about this apartment earlier I would not have stayed in other locations. Communications with host good/ very easy check in and out process. Kitchen facilities great. Best of all you are top floor so no risk of neighbour issues from above which I have had so many times in athens. Balcony lovely and peaceful at the end of the a long Athens day. All in all there would be no reason for me to choose another accommodation on my next trip to athens. Do not waste your time looking for a very central place to stay., you will only be over charged and then realise that staying a few minutes away by metro makes the world of difference when you can end your day just outside the madness of the city centre.

  La comunicación con el alojamiento fue fluida y en éste había todo lo que necesitábamos. Estaba limpio y ordenado. La terraza era enorme y muy agradable para estar por la noche o desayunar pronto (durante el día hacía demasiado calor para usarla).
