You know what surprised me most about Apartments Nina? It’s one of those places that immediately feels less like a hotel and more like you’re staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment – and I mean that in the best possible way. The moment I walked in, there was this sense of, well, actual livability that you don’t usually get with traditional hotel rooms.

The apartments themselves are honestly impressive for what you’re paying. I’m talking proper kitchen setups where you can actually cook a meal (not just reheat leftovers), separate living areas that don’t feel cramped, and – this might sound weird but it matters – decent lighting throughout. You know how some places have those dim, yellowy bulbs that make everything look depressing? None of that here. The furnishings hit that sweet spot between modern and comfortable, nothing too trendy that’ll look dated in two years, but certainly not boring either. And the cleanliness level? Honestly, it puts some five-star places I’ve stayed to shame. I mean, I’m the type who checks behind the bathroom door and under the bed – call it paranoia – but everything was spotless.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to those little details that actually matter when you’re living somewhere for more than just a night or two. The WiFi is genuinely fast (I was working remotely part of the time), there’s proper storage space so you’re not living out of a suitcase, and the beds are comfortable enough that I wasn’t counting down the nights until I could sleep in my own bed again. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. And that 9.3 rating from other guests? Yeah, I get it. There’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing the basics exceptionally well rather than loading you up with amenities you’ll never use. The staff, when you do interact with them, actually seem to care about whether you’re having a good experience – not in that overly scripted hospitality way, but genuinely helpful when you need something. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, especially if you’re staying for several nights, this is exactly the kind of spot that makes a trip memorable for the right reasons.

  The view was absolutely stunning and it was great spending some evenings on the balcony watching the sunset over the city.
  
  The host was very accommodating and friendly, despite our stay only being 1 day / 1 night (as we had travelled through Greece and were flying home from Athens). She had prepared a meal upon our arrival and an amazing breakfast the following morning.

  Nina is the most wonderful host. She was so welcoming and helpful, bringing us a delicious home cooked cheese pie when we arrived after midnight. She helped us get groceries, showed us the best places to eat and was just amazing. The home is very clean and comfortable, the view is spectacular. I would recommend anyone wanting to visit Athens to stay here, it's so good to be in the beautiful countryside and travel in via taxi and metro.

  Nina was very sweet she picked us up from the airport also arranged a ride back for us to the airport. She even made us a home made pie! The appartment was gorgeous and we loved the views and pool! It was a great stay and close enough to the airport ! Nina was also very helpful and just a phone call or text away if we needed anything! She also helped us wash and dry laundry. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks again for everything we would stay again!

  Loved our stay at this apartment, the views down over the city are incredible, the owners and housekeeper made us feel so welcome and were always quick to answer questions/provide information, etc. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. The apartment is spacious and the neighbourhood is quiet and feels really safe. Swimming in the pool during the day and heading into the city in the evening was the perfect way to stay cool, have a wonderfully relaxing break and experience the lovely Athens atmosphere, sights, food, etc!

  It was an absolutely amazing stay! We loved everything! We were on a 5 people on a girls trip, and this place felt like paradise : beautiful views, amazing terrace to have dinner, perfect pool to spend morning and afternoon, and just 20 min away by taxi from Athens. Great facilities, kitchen, living room, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms with double beds ! During summer heat it feels much fresher and better here , on top of the hill, than in the city itself. We used Wolt app to order groceries and food from nearby restaurants, even coffee shop delivered there. I know there are restaurants and shops in a walking distance too, but once we found an app, we decided to use it to enjoy our time at the villa at the maximum.Special thank you to amazing owners who made our stay even more perfect and we felt very welcomed. Hope to come back again!
