Perfect for storing those amazing Greek yogurts and honey you’ll inevitably buy at the local markets, or for making coffee the way you like it without hunting down a decent café at 7 AM. The Wi-Fi is rock solid (I was working remotely for part of my stay), and the air conditioning – well, let’s just say it’s a lifesaver during those sweltering Athens summers. The staff at check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly formal hotel routine, just helpful people who clearly know their neighborhood and aren’t shy about sharing recommendations. Honestly, the combination of that central location with apartment-style space makes it feel less like you’re staying in a hotel and more like you’ve got a temporary Athens address. For a 4-star place, it punches well above its weight – you get that independence of having your own space, but with the reliability and service level you’d expect from a proper hotel.
