When I asked about finding good souvlaki nearby, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward Plaka (which, let’s face it, everyone does). Instead, he told me about this little place three blocks away where the locals actually eat, and he was absolutely right. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference, especially in a city like Athens where you can easily get stuck in the tourist bubble. The 8.8 rating this place has earned makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in the city, but it consistently delivers on what it promises. The common areas stay clean throughout the day, the WiFi actually works reliably (which, trust me, isn’t always a given), and the whole place has this relaxed energy that makes you want to linger over coffee in the morning instead of rushing out to your next sightseeing stop.   Had a lot of space, and everything in the apartment was in great condition.
  Was positioned very well in the middle of Athens.

  Complete apartment, you can cook, wash your own clothes, great for solo as me and for couples or friends.
  
  What could be improved: It is an hassel to park, but from what I could gather, that is general in Athens.

  Perfect place for my business stay in Athens. Warm host, well-renovated, and good location.
  
  After checking the previous reviews, I was worried about the noise at night. I brought earplugs for sleep but I did not use them. There was some noise but no music. Mainly people were chatting at the restaurants down below and I could not hear anything clearly just hear some sounds. I'm not sensitive to sleep. These were white noise to me, and I still slept very nice and soundly at night.

  Located in a busy but more local area with easy walk to the main tourist sites. Great communication from hosts and the apartment looked like the images. Balcony was a lovely spot for morning coffee.

  It was a great stay at these places, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby—a few blocks from the metro station or bus. The home was exactly like in the pictures, clean, comfy, spacious and cosy.

  The staff is very helpful and friendly, we arrived Athens in the day of national strike, we didnt know about it before and we waited a long time for the train ended up taking the bus. But the staff was so nice and wait for us, answering us questions, but sadly we couldn't get to the place before midnight so they had to leave the office (which is totally understandable), but they left the key at a hotel reception which is close to the apartment, and the staff kept answering us question about how to open the door and stuff even after their working hour which we appreciate a lot.

  there are a lot of bar and restaurant downstair that open until 2am so very easy to get food and drink.
  
  What could be improved: it is a bit noisy since the bar open until 2am, if you want a very quite night, it is not the best. but I think it is still ok for me. having a earplug would be nicer

  Bill & John were very hospitable and always available. Perfect location and tastefully decorated apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely come again. The apartment is highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe a little too noisy at night because of the many nice cafes and restaurants on the pedestrian street.

  Very large modern apartment on the second floor of the liveliest street in Koukaki. We'd never heard of this part of Athens, but it's a a really vibrant and individual district only 10 minutes walk from the tourist centre. Fixtures & fittings were all good quality and well-maintained, with a very comfortable king-size bed, excellent shower room, excellent aircon, a washing machine and fast wifi combining to make this a great few days' stay. We fully intended using the well-equipped kitchen, but the restaurants and bars in the street are so good that we ate out every night.
  
  What could be improved: Only minor things, like how the balcony faces the street so isn't really a sit-out-and-relax space, and the music from the street can be quite loud so I found ear-plugs necessary for a good sleep at the weekend. Some oddities like the (huge) TV being as from the sofa as was possible, and there not being electric sockets where we needed them
