Your space genuinely feels like a thoughtfully designed apartment – the kitchenette isn’t just for show (honestly, I was able to make proper coffee in the morning, which matters more than you’d think), and there’s actual storage space for your stuff. The bathrooms deserve a mention too – they’ve got this spa-like quality without being pretentious about it, and the water pressure is consistently excellent. I’ve stayed at plenty of 4-star places where the shower disappoints, but not here.

The staff really knows their stuff, which becomes obvious pretty quickly. Check-in was smooth, and when I asked about local recommendations, they gave me the kind of insider tips that only come from people who actually know the area – not just the standard tourist spots everyone mentions. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’ve figured out that perfect balance of being helpful when you need something while letting you enjoy your space. What really impressed me is how quiet the place stays, even when they’re clearly busy. The soundproofing between rooms is actually effective, which… well, if you’ve traveled enough, you know how rare that can be. The 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you’ve experienced how consistently they deliver on the small things that add up to a genuinely comfortable stay. It’s the kind of place where you’re already thinking about booking again before you’ve even checked out.

  La ubicación del apartamento es ideal. En pleno centro. Puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio.
  El apartamento tiene de todo. Es amplio, espacioso, con todo tipo de accesorios para cocina y baño.
  Las vistas son espectaculares. Orientado al sur, hacia la Acrópolis, panorámica excepcional todo el día. No te cansas de mirar la preciosa panorámica desde cualquier ventana, balcón o terraza del apartamento.
  La decoración del apartamento con mucho gusto y muy cuidada.
  Tienes dos ascensores para subir al apartamento.
  Cualquier petición que les hicimos, nos la facilitaron rápidamente y sin problemas.
  Están pendientes por si necesitas alguna cosa.
  
  What could be improved: No hay nadie para recibirte ni darte las llaves. Tienes que sacarlas tú del cajetín y volver a dejarlas. Nos costó un poco meterlas, porque no se cerraba bien el cajetín. Al no haber nadie a quien recurrir, resulta muy impersonal.
  A pesar del alto precio del apartamento, no cuidan mucho los detalles personales que marcarían la diferencia.
  Por ejemplo: unas botellas de agua para cuando llegues. Algo de fruta o un poco de leche, como detalle. Son cosas que apenas cuestan dinero, y se agradecen mucho cuando llegas muy tarde de viaje. Más, en este tipo de apartamentos de lujo.
  En los baños, solo había dos rollos de papel de wáter. Tienes que ir a comprar tú al día siguiente para no quedarte sin papel.
  No tienen ningún tipo de bayeta o trapo para limpiar. Se hace necesario algunos trapos o bayetas para cuando cocinas en el apartamento.
  También tienes que acordarte de encender el termo de agua caliente, o no tendrás cuando te haga falta.

  Lovely bright apartment in the centre of Athens with an amazing view of the Acropolis day and night.
  Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance to all the top sites, we could actually see the changing of the guard from the balcony
  Communication with the host was easy, and any questions asked were replied to instantly
  Would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens

  Location is amazing. Right in the center on the pedestrian shopping street and Syntagma square. A walking distance to everything touristic basically. Overwhelming view of the Acropolis day and night. Secure building. Good elevators. Plenty of places to eat and a cafe under the house. Easy check in

  Everything about this apartment was just perfect. It‘s located right in the city center, it‘s in walking distance to all the popular sights. The apartment is spacious and clean as well as beautifully designed and the incredible view of Acropolis is just the cherry on top!

  I literally can't fault this apartment! I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 9/11years. Bright, modern, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic – in the heart of the city near parliament/syntagma square. Stunning views from all rooms of the Acropolis – which was a 10-15minute walk away. So easy for shopping in Kolonaki, or for dipping into the more touristy Plaka/monstiraki areas and a short walk from the bars/cafes of Psirri. Because its up on the 7th floor (easy elevator access) – it was so surprisingly quiet. There was a lovely wrap around balcony outside seating area for soaking up the views at night. There is a wealth of really good cafes, delis and restaurants very close by – and the cafe bar located on the street underneath the apartments served a good breakfast. The apartment itself was wonderfully well stocked with kitchen appliances and guest toiletries. Beds were really comfortable and the apartment is brilliantly decorated with a urban chic and cool vibe. Overall simply excellent – I would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again if we were back in Athens!
