When I first walked in, I was expecting another cookie-cutter rental – you know how these city apartments can be – but this place actually has character. The space feels carefully thought out, not just thrown together for tourists, and you can tell someone who understands what travelers really need had a hand in setting it up.

What really won me over was how quiet it stays, even being right in the city. I mean, Athens can be pretty intense with all the traffic and late-night energy, but somehow this place manages to give you that urban convenience without the constant noise. The apartment itself is well-maintained – not that sterile hotel feel, but genuinely comfortable in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights and want to grab some fresh ingredients from the local markets instead of eating out every meal.

Here’s the thing though – and this is coming from someone who’s pretty picky about where I stay – the location gives you real flexibility. You’re not stuck in some touristy bubble, but you’re also not so far out that getting to the main sights becomes a project. I found myself walking to different neighborhoods without thinking twice about it, which is exactly how I like to explore a city like Athens. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that confusing key pickup drama you sometimes get with apartment rentals. And honestly, with a 9.7 rating, I was curious if it could actually live up to the hype – turns out it does, which is rare these days. It’s one of those places where you start planning your next Athens trip before you’ve even checked out.

  Very helpful owner, clean apartment, with all the necessities, well lit up and airy, with a very good location, a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, with restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket a few steps away.
  Great value for money, will definitely keep in mind when visiting again.
  A must if one doesn't want to stay too close to the hassle of the city, and although the metro passes very close the sound is not not much at all.

  It's a good appartment close to metrostation Petralona. The appartment is clean and not little. It's got a balcony at the 5th floor with a nice view over the neighbourhood. The keys are also in a box so you can arrive without the thing that someone is waiting for you. That makes it more relaxed.

  I met the most helpful host I could imagine. I had a medical emergency and he did everything to help humanly possible. A family member couldn’t do better.
  The apartment is really just a few steps from the metro station, a good supermarket and a few places to eat are in a few minutes walk distance (my personal favorite was Buho Brancherie).
  The apartment is super clean, the new bed is comfortable with firm mattress, the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom shower head is illuminated (!), and the light’s color tells you about the temperature of the water. I’ve never seen anything like it. 🙂
  You might be worried about the noise coming from the metro. You can hear it, but if you’re used to a normal city life it won’t bother you. There is sufficient noise insulation if you don’t want to keep the window open.

  Wow! An amazing apartment just by the subway station, two stops from Monastiraki. The neighborhood is filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The flat itself was shining clean and very comfortable. The owners were truly kind and extremely helpful. We'll be more than

  Πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης, πολύ καθαρό και ωραία διακοσμημένο σπίτι. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο σταθμό του τρένου και δίπλα σε super market. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!
