The location actually surprised me – it’s tucked into one of those quieter residential streets that locals love but tourists often miss. You’re close enough to hear the gentle hum of the city (which I found oddly comforting), but far enough from the main tourist drags that you won’t be dealing with crowds of cruise ship passengers stumbling past your window at midnight. The building itself has character – that slightly worn marble in the lobby that tells you it’s been around long enough to have stories, but everything’s been updated with this modern, minimalist aesthetic that doesn’t try too hard to be Instagram-worthy.
